"This store is getting worse by the day! I went in today to buy drainage pipe and fittings. Before I could do that, I had to clear the location of trash! Then I had to shop an area that hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Trying to get through the garden department was an absolute joke! See pictures below."
"At a big box retailer like Home Depot, they have so many employees that some are helpful and some are not so much; however, we had more helpful employees at this Home Depot than that dozens of others we have visited. In fact, several of them went out of their way to be helpful!"
"It's a nice store where I always find anything I need. They have the indoor store as well as the outdoor store where I find rocks and other yard products I often need. I like the service in the store, even tho some aspects can be better... security camera is about to fall on someone's head any second since it's dangling from the ceiling and stuff, but it's a good store overall"
"Terrible experience this weekend. I have used this Home Depot for over decade and this the worst experience by far. Tried to rent a sod cutter from the tool rental center. Gentleman that assisted didn’t seem very knowledgeable of the tool outside of the picture that displays on top. I asked for the pro model and was given the wrong model. He never turned on the machine to verify it started and that it was operational. Some of the blame falls on me as well because I normally make sure they do that, but I was in a rush. Anyways, finally go to use the cutter and it doesn’t work. By this time we have lost daylight. So I go back to get a new one, I’m having to crank, test, and troubleshoot the other cutters to see which one may be usable, but all of them are dicey at best. Next day I use the cutter for a total of 20 mins and the blade stops working. Travel bag to Home Depot (again…). V is the associate that I worked with the night before. She was very helpful and witnessed all of the issues I identified with all the cutters, and documented it. When she told the manager on duty (Kristin) she basically didn’t care. After she came over and we explained all of the issues I experienced she still didn’t care. Zero customer service. V felt so bad because she agreed with everything that I said but what can she say. She proceeded to leave and I asked her what her name, which she understood what that meant. So at that moment is when she decided oh let’s not charge me a full days rate, which made it even worse. So only the possibility of you receiving a bad review is what will encourage customer service? This is bad in so many levels, and if it wasn’t for V I probably would have really been upset. But for that behavior and lack of concern for the tools they are renting out or the experience from a manager was a bit shocking to me. Store 6814"
"Excellent store and not usually as busy as the other Home Depot down off 820. Lumber seems to be better taken care of as well. Friendly staff who are always willing to assist. Rapidly becoming my go to hardware/lumber store."
