"Wish I could give them 5 stars, but everything after them taking payment was a bad experience. We drove 2 1/2 hrs to get there, walked in, were greeted, assisted to find 4 types of tile and carpet and granite, and paid. The customer service was great, the selection was great, the prices were very good. Everything had to be ordered and we were told it would be approx 2 weeks to get it in; they told us to download the app and track our order. 3 1/2 weeks later the app didn’t show our order had arrived, and we had contractors waiting. We called up to ProSource and were told “oh yes! Your order is here—everything arrived last week”. We drove 2 1/2 hrs to ProSource and they then told us we had to drive to 5 different locations to pick up all the parts of the order ourselves. One of the places didn’t have our freaking tile—it would be another week. Which meant ANOTHER 5 hour round trip to get the rest of it. It is SUCH a hassle to get what you order that I wouldn’t go here again"
