"I wouldn’t rate this place a 1star! I called about my Anderson-Eagle doors that wouldn’t open in January 2018. Tim sent a man out that could not fix the doors because he needed help due to the weight and parts. Icalled in April and was told by Tim they are waiting on parts. Called back again and Tim said still waiting on parts on May 22. Called back “again” and someone came out and did nothing but said he’d call me back on July 12. Called Tim on August 16 left a message. Tim called me back( finally, a return call) and said, “ you mean Chris hasn’t called you back with a bid to replace the doors?” Too date, October 27, haven’t heard a word from this company. I got a total run around for almost a year from these guys. My doors are only 11 years old and need to be repaired, not replaced! Tim’s excuse all this time was waiting on parts. No one ever came out with any parts! I wouldn’t use this company to install a doggie door after this! Their customer service is a joke and the service men are not knowledgeable about repairs. Don’t waste your time with this group. They want to sell and not service..."
