"Terrible experience so far. I purchased a door in March of 2023 and took a while to get the door installed due to multiple defects found in doors delivered. Three doors later we finally felt we received a door that was defect-free. It is now December and the door that was defect-free is showing signs of splitting in certain areas. 2/29/24 update - after spending almost 3 months waiting on a replacement door, I received confirmation last week that the door had arrived. However, the replacement door came with several issues include staining, discoloration, cracking, texture, etc. and had to reject the door. Similar situation encounter led during initial purchase/installation. Makes me wonder if the store perform any type of quality control when accepting doors from the supplier. New pictures uploaded."

"I built a house in Granbury two years ago. One of the windows in Master Bedroom cant be seen through because of defective tint. I have been trying to get Doyle out to fix this window for almost two years with nothing but promises. In my opinion, Select Doors and Windows is the worst window company I have dealt with in my 53 years in construction. Buyer be ware!!!!"

"We’ve had the absolute worst experience with this company, especially Doyle Price. We built our house and we waited months past delivery date for doors/windows to show up. When they we’re finally delivered we had multiple incorrect doors/windows. Over a year later now and I’m still waiting on my screen door to be delivered. All the screens on my windows do not fit properly, which allow bugs to get trapped between the glass and the screen. I’ve spoken to other neighbors and they had the same experience. It’s a nightmare!"

"Not acquainted with the business, but the way they drive their truck and trailer from Fort Worth to Granbury is dangerous, unprofessional, and just all-around irresponsible. I have been watching them for the last 45 minutes weave in and out of traffic with a trailer that doesn't have proper working lights. The only does that door look like it's going to fly out, but I wouldn't be surprised if they sideswiped a car along the way."
