"Today my 12 year old daughter went to the counter at Claire’s in Walmart at 8520 North Beach St, Fort Worth, TX to return some items that she did not want. She had a receipt where she paid cash for $61.67. The workers Assistant Mgr Judith and Brittany told her they didn’t have cash and could only refund her via gift card. She didn’t know better and took the gift card. I then found out what happened and went back within a few minutes to nicely ask for them to void the transaction and either give back cash or the items and original receipt to take to a different Claire’s. Neither employee would honor that, so we now have a gift card that we don’t need, no items, and no original receipt. Please make this right."
"Got my 8month daughter ears pierced here and both earrings came out within two weeks.. I don’t understand how they fell out when they were suppose to be drew backs… A waste of time and money!! I do not recommend"
