"Wow. This place is a COMPLETE disaster. Out of everything an hour before they close. Asian gentleman (Steven?) wildly unapologetic like we're just inconveniencing him by being there. I thought they were in the business of making money? Silly me. There's a cashier Paco. The rudest most stubborn child ever. He really think's he runs the place. Anyway after 15 minutes of waiting for my non existent food, I finally left. I hope everyone here loses their job. Maybe if the manager stopped spending so much time on his table at his laptop drinking Starbucks he could be an efficient leader."

"I order from Panda Express. The Rice was crunching so I called up there. To let them know my order was messed up. The employee had no problem setting me up for another meal but when I get there the next day for lunch. There was so much problem the manager couldn't even face me. The portions are getting small and the incompetent workers and managers. There makes it more likely that I'm not going to visit no more.Big waste of time"

"The chow mein tastes old. Teriyaki portion is smaller than orange chicken portion and are cut into too big of a size. The employees keep saying “hi. What do you want? What else?” If you don’t answer right away to think about what you want, they say “what else?” “What else?” “What else?” “What else?” Until you can finally figure out what you want to eat. Rushing you to order. Rude. Too many string bean in chicken, not enough chicken And those apple crisps that are served with the kids meal are fried and unhealthy and disgusting."

"I was in the area for work and needed a quick lunch. The food was fresh, I got walnut shrimp with chow mein and vegetable spring rolls. Service was fast."

"Staff was friendly and professional. Floor and all surfaces that customers touched were maintained very clean. Every customer coming in was greeted. Panda Express has the best Chinese fast food - authentic and prepared freshly. They seem to be the only American restaurant offering three options equivalent to small, medium and large portions."
