"Late August 2022. The ear piercer named Savannah messed up my Daughter’s piercing. This was 100% not my daughter’s fault. The gun only shot the earring half way through her ear. They tried to make us buy another $60 pair of earrings to fix their mistake. That is when they decided to inform us they have a store policy if the piercing gun malfunctions, they are not supposed to fix their mistake nor give you any money back. If we had know before, we would not have went forward with the piercing. The store manager finally agreed to let us come back when their mistake had healed and they would honor the free piercing with earrings purchase. Manager said to bring the earring back and they would fix their mistake. Fast forward to our second attempt around noon on September 1, 2022. The manager agrees to try again. She then takes forever to start the process of getting everything together. Even stoping to assist many other customers who arrived after us. She makes us wait 30 minutes. She finally has almost everything ready when she suddenly says she can’t do it. Offering nothing. No other options. This is insane. We would never have spent the money had we know she would do this! She should’ve offered us another earring and taken the first one back or refunded half our money since we only got half of it."
