"Today I went in with my baby girls to browse and possibly purchase something. Not one employee asked us if we needed help, or let us know of any promos. As we were leaving, the person at register casually accused me of taking a stuffed animal. I let her know we placed back on shelf while ago. Instead of profiling me to be stealing, maybe you could have asked if we needed help. She was so busy scanning my stroller rather trying to make sales. We could have easily bought something, but there was clearly lack of customer service. We will not be returning to Claire’s sadly after years of being loyal customers."

"Went in to ask about their promotions going on and the girl working there was super helpful and patient with me. The customer service was great and I’d definitely come back to shop here again."

"I came in when they had just opened at 12pm with my dad and my sister to ask about what piercings they do, and some old lady was yelling at the poor girl working saying she "had a bad attitude" but when she helped us, and she was super sweet and funny! I felt bad for her because this lady wouldn't leave and the employee had to call security and she's going to go and make false accusations about this employee to the mall manager... but the service was great and they have a great promotion going on!"

"I just came with an appointment for my daughter, and the girl working was super nice! She was extremely patient and helpful through the entire process! We also got a 20% discount for other items we bought on top of their Buy 3 Get 3 promotion! My daughter and I were so happy with everything!"
