It was ready when they said it would be and the repairs look great! My car was also washed and vacuumed upon pick up, which was a nice surprise. Today I came with some nasty scratches on my bumper, was expecting to pay a few hundred bucks for the job. The guy told me, it just needs cleaning. And indeed, it was fixed in no time. "I had a pretty rough time dealing with Mason Road Collision. I decided to go to these guys because of all the great reviews, hoping they'd live up to the hype. But man, was I disappointed. A buddy accidentally scraped my car while parking, causing a few scratches, messing up the parking sensor, and damaging the bottom lip. Off to Mason it went. I dropped my ride off and waited. Two weeks later, they called to say my car was good to go. Apparently, they had ordered the wrong sensor, which messed up the timeline. At that point, I just wanted my car back, so I wasn't too fussed. Picked up the car, and the outside seemed alright. Then I hopped in and bam! My dashboard was lit up with all sorts of new error codes – pedestrian this, frontal collision that, adaptive cruise control whoopsie. None of these issues were there before. Talked to the manager, Hani, and he seemed clueless about it. Said this would need to be checked out by the dealer. So, off I went to the dealer. They found the problem real quick: two connectors weren't even plugged in (check the pics). And there were some half-tightened bolts too. They fixed it up, but it cost me $342 in labor. I figured Mason should foot the bill since it was their screw-up. Called Hani, and he was anything but cool about it. He straight up said, "Customer pays, or insurance pays. We never pay." He must've said that line like five times. I argued that it was their fault – they didn't plug those darn connectors in after working on it. And it wasn't chump change either; I forked over $2,400 to them for the job. I just wanted them to cover the extra work their slip-up caused. After going back and forth, they agreed to pay only half. No biggie, I'll sort out the rest with my credit card. Overall, my experience with Mason Road Collision was a letdown. Looking at all those glowing reviews, I guess I got the short end of the stick. Maybe others had better luck, but I sure wasn't impressed."

"I had gotten into a small accident one morning on my way to work with my brand new Rav 4. I hit a construction barrel that was in the middle of the hwy randomly. No construction around. It was either choose to hit that or a concrete barrier or 18 wheeler beside me. So I hit the barrel. My car was messed up. Scratches and I popped and bent the driver side fender flares and lost the fastener. I was so upset and mad at myself but terrified to get it fixed. I went after work to mason road collision based off of many many years coming here with multiple vehicles with my family and our accidents. I brought my car in and they took a look at it to give me an estimate of the damages. I was shocked on how fast I got my vehicle fixed by them. They took it right away and I got it back shortly after! I was thrilled and pretty much in tears that they had fixed my vehicle so fast and were so kind to me! It was a really bad day! The team at Mason Road Collision center made my day so much better. I am forever thankful and if I have any more mishaps and accidents I will always bring my vehicles here.
