"At this midas i would not go there if they were the last car place on planet earth. I went to have my radiator reservoir replaced and one upper radiator hose. After i picked up my vehicle is was not only not fixed it broke down 2 blocks from them , i called and they refused to help,charles the store manager said,"im not going to argue with you" and hung up the phone. I was told to take my vehicle some where else. This came from charles the manager, he didnt offer a resolution to fix it. Thank god when the hose exploded off/not installed properly. I pulled right into a Firestone..As shown in the 2 videos ..So i Towed my car to dealership to find out that not only was i charged for parts and labor at Midas for a hosethat was not installed on my car at all but the one hose they did install was installed incorrectly and not even tighten securely. I was charged later on my debit card for what my warranty company had already paid them. I reccomend Do Not Let Them Work On Your Vehicle. They lied , overcharged me for parts that did not go on my car, also charged me for 2 hoses, abd only had one installed and only needed the one upper radiator hose. Overall Midas caused more damage to my car and on top of all that they refused to fix their mistake or return my money that i should have not been charged in the first place. I'm still dealing with corporate as of today and as of today my car sits in the Hyundai dealership waiting to have their problems that they caused me and damage to my car fixed .my solution, I would like to have Midas corporate pay refund my money and to now pay for my Hyundai dealership bill. Not to mention I go another 2 weeks without a car again."
"I came in for some clutch work on my ‘95 F-150 assuming it would be a simple replacement of some clutch cylinder parts based on my own diagnostics. I got an email the next day quoting me on a whole clutch kit and slave cylinder replacement with no explanation as to why they both had to be replaced. No questions were answered about this either. I just needed my truck fixed so I went ahead with the repairs. While everything appears to be running okay now, I got my truck back with horrible grease stains all over the interior + middle seat, assorted trash that was not mine, and a broken hood trigger lever that was perfectly fine at drop-off. I brought this up and the manager shrugged his shoulders. Said the best he could do was install the replacement part if I brought it. I even asked for very light compensation just to cover the part and wouldn’t do it. Very frustrated with my experience and the way I was taken advantage of here. Pass this place up and go somewhere with honest mechanics."
"They had over 2 months to complete repairs. Upon pickup, none on the service order were complete. The repairs attempted were the wrong repairs. The management guaranteed the vehicle was complete and safe to drive with no issues. At vehicle pickup, the car had the check engine light on, and all parts/services paid for were never completed. But yet I was still forced to pay the full balance. After contacting corporate, threatening to sue, and after the WHOLE CV AXLE FELL OFF WHILE ON the HIGHWAY because they did NOT EVEN BOLT IT ON tightly, they NOW want to correct there inadequately trained mechanical mistakes. No person in their right mind will give 3 attempts for the vehicle to be fixed correctly. Be careful on services requested, their mistakes could lead to fatalities."
