"Yes.I have some cars in storage? I start them up every now and then.the batteries i brought from your store never seem to hold a charge long, and then I bring them in to have charged checked.and they Always come back as bad, and these batteries are no more than 1 or 2 years old and cost over $180. This is on 3 different vehicles. I find that suspicious. So this last one was brought during the spring of this year . And they checked it, and its bad.I told them to give me the battery back, and This been going on for a couple of years now. either your batteries are just trash or you lying. I can't believe a battery in different vehicles that could never be charged and come back as good. I've been in automotive and took up automotive training, way back as far as 1983, and I never heard of anything like that."

"Store which located at 3425 N. Beltline Rd, Irving, Tx 75062 ;The manager at that location was so mean. He gave us really hard time. We have warranty 2 years, but just after 3 months, the battery which supposed to be brand new had become dead. I bought it for $ 208.66. The manager refused to replace it. Stay away of that location store. Shop from another auto part Co. instead of O’Reilly auto part. I will never purchase from the O’Reilly auto-Parts any more"

"Asked them to test my battery and verified that I needed a new one. They were very nice! Looked up my account and found that the battery I had previously purchased was 6 years old (so no warranty). I bought a new one and they replaced the battery for me. I will continue to be a customer of theirs!"

"I came in Thursday to get diagnostics ran on my car because my car would not start after picking my son up. I am very glad I decided to come to this location instead of the one closer to my home because Sharon is an angel. She was very kind and even checked my coolant which I was VERY low on. Apparently the dealership didnt do their job to check it last month when I took it in. She put it in my car for me and even told me about fuel cleaner. She is very knowledgeable and kind and I am grateful that she was there that day."

"Well, I'll make a small summary of my story... I had a problem with my car a few months ago (the battery) my car was dead. It didn't turn on. I bought a small battery to do the jump start and take it here as soon as I arrived. They gave me the attention. Well, it was appreciated. They inspected my car and they automatically told me that it wasn't the battery,that it was the alternator Honestly, at that moment only my head told me: say thank you and run away from there! My second option was to take it to the agency there they took care of me and checked my car again and well it turns out that if it was the battery after all that it was already very old and already flat not loading it and that they had to put a new one I told them what they told me about the alternator and they only looked at me with wow eyes, what liars! At the agency they exchanged my battery for a completely new one and from there my car never had any problems again. I hope my review helps people who come to this place looking to repair their cars frankly go to their agencies even if it turns out to be a little more expensive but here they only want to steal from you! Telling you to give them your original parts in exchange for reconditioned parts in exchange for a certain discount when the reality is that they fix your original parts to sell them at a much higher price and have more profit from the "discount" they made to you! Run away from this place."
