"Was hopeful I would get small town treatment, instead I got the big city. Can't rate quality of work cause was unable to use their services. All I needed was the ability to remove equipment from the back of truck and instead of allowing me to do this I was told can't take your truck at all. "Someone backed into my car in the parking lot of my apartment complex and the driver side panel on the back was damaged and popped out and it looked so bad. I had no idea this had happened until the morning when I was leaving for work and saw it. Of course the person didn't leave a note or anything. I was thinking this was going to cost me a minimum of $1k. I decided to go to Elite since it was in Boerne near where I live. Louis met me inside and I asked him to look at my car and if he could give me a ballpark of what it might cost me to get it fixed. He took a look and you wouldn't believe it but he just popped it all back in place. I was shocked. He then told me I could just get the scratches painted if I wanted and gave me a VERY reasonable ballpark for that. I couldn't believe how honest and helpful he was. I didn't even realize he was the owner until he gave me his card so I could come back if I wanted to get the scratches painted. For a woman, in my opinion, it is very hard to find places that we can trust. I can say I trust Louis and appreciate his honesty, demeanor and willingness to help me. I will definitely be back to get the body work done and I would recommend this place to anyone!!"

"Louis was VERY responsive and professional. The customer service is top notch from the moment you arrive. They are so friendly and kind too. I trusted them with my new QX80 in Feb 2023. A local well known auto repair shop referred me to them because they were so backed up with repairs and couldn't see me for months. I had an accident and the right side/front of my bumper was dented and damaged. It was going to take disassembling, reapair and paint and I didn't want just anyone working on my car. I had a bad experiences with my Geico insurance preferred shop in San Antonio. Although they are not (yet!) a Geico "preferred" repair shop, Elite thankfully accepted my insurance and worked with the local adjuster to come to an agreement. That was another risk I was taking. I was trusting them to honor their word that they would work with my insurance with my vehicle in their shop. My goal was to only pay my insurance deductible and come out with a nicely repaired vehicle. I'm SO glad I trusted them! They are honest and courteous and did a superb job on my vehicle.
