"I am so glad I found this shop, JC is super friendly and communicative. He assured me he would take care of me and that’s exactly what he did. My car was rear ended and had pretty minor damage, I had originally taken it to dallas collision because they were audi aluminum certified, but they were trying to replace my whole quarter panel when it didn’t need a quarter panel, estimating over 20k in damage and then trying to total my car out, even my insurance didn’t agree it should be totaled from such minor damage. I found dallas european and gave them a call, JC answered and I sent him some pics and he assured me he would take care of it, they were able to fix the car without replacing my quarter panel by pulling the small dent out that was part of the quarter panel underneath the bumper. dallas collision estimated almost 3 months to repair the car and JC got it done in just 18 days and it looks perfect, I am extremely OCD about my car so trust me when I say it looks perfect that it really does, paint match is on point and everything lines up awesome. I highly recommend them no matter what care you have they will get it taken care of."
