The guy who operates found out rodent or squirrel ripped off engine coils under the engine bay and sent me several pictures of damage. He said it caused misfire issue. At the same time, he recommended spark plugs replacement and engine tuning since I have over 140K miles. The cost was reasonable and the guy at the shop was very kind. Comparing a shop (PxxBxxx) right by work, Allied's service (Price, customer service, time manner) was better than that place. I was referred by my friend to Allied, I really liked their service.
