They called me to inform me of what was wrong with my vehicle and how much things would cost. I have maxcare and while they were giving me a call they were going to call my insurance to see if there was anything they covered. I thought that was good that they kept me informed. While my insurance did cover something it did not cover all and they were back on the phone with me to inform me and to either get my ok to proceed or refrain from completing the work they thought was necessary. I appreciated that because it was not a surprise once there at the shop the next day. I would go back there. My vehicle drives smooth and I feel safe behind the wheel again."
