His customer service skills are great and very welcoming. Sophia did my actual tattoos and she was great! She was very detailed oriented and patient with me. The shop is not a typical tattoo shop and is set up more like a business office. Each tattoo artist has their own section which provides nice privacy to their clients. Overall, my experience here was phenomenal. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a tattoo!"
