"Someone referred me this place, first it was hard to explain them in English because of the language barrier.. I showed them photos for what I want in highlights, unfortunately it took a complete day of mine and I didn’t get the results what I wanted actually.. they said wash it and slowly gradually the shade will get better.. it didn’t happen actually.. in fact was getting more weird.. I went again to fix it and I do agree the stylist Tina did try fixing it again to make me happy BUT .. I am hating my hairs now. They got so short as she kept cutting although I mentioned I don’t want too short.. another dilemma is the shade on my hairs is like I have put Henna not did highlights. This is so ridiculous… if you visit twice and you still don’t get what shade you wanted. Even with every wash it’s getting so horrible. My experience was very bad!!!"
