"When I arrived at my scheduled appointment time, there was only one employee with 3 customers. I had to wait another 20 min before the rest of the employees arrived for the day. This was a big problem because I was on a tight schedule that morning! The worst part of this experience was the cleanliness of the place. There was soiled towels on the vanity station I was sitting at. Worst of all was the cockroach that was crawling all over the towels and the mirror area the entire appointment without notice of the employee!!! I walked out of that place feeling filthy and like I had bugs crawling all over me. Although the prices are affordable, you get what you pay for. Never again."

"Everyone there is very professional. I've got my hair cut by 3 different hair stylists and everyone has done a great job. My wife even came to get a trim and they did a great job. The price is very reasonable and in a good location. The place has always been clean when I've gone. It appears there has been recent hacking on some of these reviews. Businesses can be ruthless."
