"The manager Claudia made my whole day. Firsther sailor moon cosplay was absolutely beautiful, followed by her amazingly sweet personality and helpful demeanor! She'd called me the night before my visit to tell me my order was going to be put back on the shelves because it hadn't been picked up. When I explained I didn't get the email saying it was ready, she apologized, offered to hold it for me for one more day and gave me her name and what shift she was working so I could pick it up. When I got there she got my order for me, then double checked the price and found it was cheaper in store than what I paid online (by over half!) and gladly gave me the lower price. She was such a kind and warm person to interact with, and went above and beyond, which was much appreciated!"

"Service of staff was average as you can expect from any store. The store was stocked fairly well. At the time, the store looked clean and organized. Fairly easy to find what you're looking for. There was not really a selection for long sleeve shirts to choose from."

"I haven't been to a hot topic in years but I won't hesitate to come back because of the wonderful service I received! I really wanted a particular item that they didn't have in store so they ordered it for me and were very informative. Imagene took care of me and was super helpful and kind. The young gentleman on the floor was also very helpful and looked for an item in the back for me. It's been a long time since I had amazing customer service like this. I definitely recommend this location and will continue to come back!"
