Nornally they are very friendly and helpful that makes me really happy to buy shoes at full price. Today there was a one black lady without name tag in the store. RUDE as hell!!! Not helping to find size. Keep complaining about not putting the display shoes as it were. Constantly on the phone-bluethooth. Ignoring us. If she is in store...I would never buy shoes from here. Never again. Again... they are normally very good on c/s. Just be aware the black lady. With short hair. Don't know her name as she didn't have name tag. We ended up going to the store on I-10 which privided fantastic customer care."
