"I walked in to buy food for my mom on Jan. 2, 2024, at 5:45 p.m. no customers in the restaurant nor the drive-thru and 3 girls were at the counter chatting away and when I was about to place my order, they directed me to a kiosk to place my order. Just lazy with no concern for customer service is a big sign how much care will be going into my food also. No wonder no one was at the restaurant, especially during dinner time and should have automatically been a red flag to me for every restaurant around this restaurant and there is a lot was very busy. I went to Los Palomas restaurant down the street and got my mom something there instead, a little more money but at least they know how to treat their customers. Will not be coming back to this Taco Bell ever again, unless I am really desperate and want to be treated like dirt. Sending me to a kiosk, really! I felt like cattle with a number on my back with no concern whatsoever on giving their customer a great customer experience! Me being a retired professional chef, I very much know what I am talking about on how to treat customers, for that will either keep your doors open or close your restaurant down."

"Yes I need my receipt..EVERY TIME! Why? Because if I forget to use my app and need to add my points, I can't do that without my receipt. So don't ask me, don't assume I don't want it. Just give it to me. This app is the only app that I can't accrue points, simply because the employees never include the receipt."

"Cashier Ricardo M at 10:29 provided the absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced at this place of business. She attempted to overcharge me for my order & when I corrected her she began to be hostile. She handed me 4 drinks with no cup holder (wasn't offered so I had to ask). Once she handed me my food I realized there was no sauce in the bag. Before I could ask for it she proceeded to close the drive through window and walk away. She didn't return to the window until 8-10 minutes later and just stared at me through the glass. When I motioned for help she finally opened the window and just stood there. I then asked if I could get a sauce and was met with laughter from her and a second crew member. When I checked my food it appeared to have an unfamiliar smell that I didn't recognize so I could not even attempt to eat my food. I feel as if my meal had been compromised. I would not recommend having her as a representative/employee for this company. She clearly doesn't have the capacity to deliver the bare minimum of customer service. If zero stars was an option, she would have one."

"They put almost no meat in this food, you’re paying for shells and lettuce. The chips tasted horrible like they were fried in old rancid oil, gross. Disappointed with the quality of all the food I will never come back to this location"

"I ordered online and it was a smooth process. Very easy to customize your items however you want. Two of my items weren't how I ordered so that was annoying. The inside was very nice since it's new. They seemed to be short staffed."
