"I come here regularly. I've had the zanahoria taco, puerco en salsa verde taco, chicharron taco, tepache chicken rice bowl, and the Papalo salad. All are delicious. My go to's are the tacos, with my favorites being the zanahoria, and both pork tacos. The zanahoria taco consists of roasted carrots topped with dressed greens, queso fresco, and toasted pumpkin seeds. Their chicharron is made from roasted pork belly. It has crispy skin and plenty of meat. Something that sets them apart from other places that serve tacos is that they nixtamalize the corn for their tortillas. They're legit."

"This is a tasty spot in Finn Hall for unique takes on tacos, enchiladas, tortas, etc. We really enjoyed the Chilaquiles and the Zanahoria Tacos. Papalo is in a shared space with multiple other food spots right on the light rail line. There was ample seating at 4p on Thursday for us."
