Reviews of Rudolph Body & Paint
"Great personal, the only gripe is that it took 2 weeks to get it fixed, even though they had the parts to it. But all in all they left the bodycar in excellent condition."
"Avoid these INCOMPETENT jerks. I had two terrible experiences at Rudolph Body and Paint and I hope you will learn from my experience: go somewhere else. The first time I went here, they didn't install a part that wouldn't normally be seen - under the car - and when I learned it hadn't been installed, I was told - "Who's going to see that?" The second time I foolishly chose to bring my car here for a fix, the repair was shoddy and my car was never the same again. I ended up selling the car because the workmanship of the repairs done at Rudolph Body and Paint was so substandard. So, the first reason to stay away: they do bad work. But on TOP of that, their customer service is TERRIBLE. Personally, I hope you never get stuck working with Daniel or Jasmine. Daniel never, ever calls you back or follows up in ways that he says he will. His voicemail has a funny bit that reveals his guilty conscience: "I promise to call you back in two business hours." What that means is that Daniel KNOWS that he is terrible about calling you back. In both of my times at this shop, Daniel never, ever called me back. And so I was stuck talking to Jasmine. I'm guessing among other things Jasmine must hate working with Daniel since she has to deal with the customers that Daniel always ignores. As a result, she's rude and snippy and just all around unpleasant to speak with. My two experiences at Rudolph Paint and Body were so bad that I have sworn off Rudolph entirely (in fact I needed a new car recently and decided against a Volkswagen, Mazda, Honda, or Chevrolet because I never want to set foot on a Rudolph property ever again and wouldn't want to have a brand that would tempt me to go back for service). Dan and Jazmine are damaging the Rudolph name and the Rudolph group is damaging the brand name of Honda (I'd do to El Paso Honda), Volkswagen (I'd go to Hoy), Mazda (go to Viva), and Chevrolet (go to Mission). If you're listening Volkswagen - these guys kept me from buying another VW. If you value your sanity or your pocketbook, you'll take your car repairs ANYwhere else."
"If I could rate this Body Shop I would rate it 0.... I took my son's vehicle to get it fixed for a minor accident me thinking they have HONEST & PROFESSIONAL employees doing the job at the body shop. I guess I was wrong I can honestly say that #1 car was delayed over 1 month to be ready #2 car was given to us with scratches the vehicle didn't have at the time we dropped it off at the Body Shop #3 WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE from the Front Desk to the person in charge of the Body Shop. I recommend you do your study before taking your vehicle to this Body Shop."
"My car has been there for 3 days. On Monday, they came within the hour of me calling, and towed my car to the shop. I turned in the signed authorization form on Tuesday, so they can evaluate the car for the cost of all damages. I spoke to the person handling my case, and she said the person making the estimates will call me once they get get the estimates. I'm not 100% sure how long it normally takes for the amount of damage on my car, but I haven't heard anything from them since then. I'm also not sure if there are other customers before me. Depending on how long they take, and the final overall job, I may give more stars or take away. UPDATE: It didn't take long for me to receive a call with the total estimates and approximate time to fix (so bumping up 1 star), and my car is currently in repair. Once it is done, I will update with pictures included. UPDATE #2: Sorry it took soooooo long for me to update on the final results. My car was returned like brand new!! No issues up to date. I 100% recommend them!"
"Professional and very informative. My repairs were handled with a decent time frame. They were constantly updating me of repair statuses and other repairs that were needed. Upon pick up I had noticed a few pins missing; however they got it handled right away. I'll definitely take this shop into consideration for recommendation and if/when I need repairs done to my vehicles. They left my car nearly immaculate."
