"Now I love Chipotle. But tonight I ordered online and had the worst experience. The staff was so rude especially for them only having three customers in the building. It was my first time ordering online I figured it would be a lot easier. I didn't know that it was going to be the worst experience that I ever had. The staff there treated me like I did something wrong when I had asked for certain things to not be added to my burrito bowl. It was one particular woman that was very rude and made me feel as if I was asking her something wrong. She must have been there lead or something. But I will not be going back to this establishment."

"Good luck getting your order on a pick up. There were people waiting 45+ minutes today. Didn’t look like there was anyone working the pick ups and the rest of the kitchen appears as though they’ve given up trying to keep up. Don’t know if they’re short today or what’s going on but wow… never got my food. Had to cancel through their app. Had a sticker print out of tags for the orders about a mile long they hadn’t even touched yet. My name was at the top end of it and mine was 15 minutes behind. I can only imagine how late some of the ones lower than me were."

"Honestly food is usually ok.. it’s the service and how slow the workers take to make the orders and make food. It doesn’t need to take 5 plus minutes to make bowl. Employees are literally carrying conversations and messing around. I get there’s a time to have fun at work but not when you’re busy and customers are waiting for their food. Next super unprofessional seeing two employees fighting over how to cut chicken. If the service was faster and food always ready like it’s supposed to be this probably be a great location."
