"This place is definitely a hidden gem! Cozy, quaint, great service, great food. I loved the french toast. The patio was beautiful. Melissa took great care of us and knew the menu well. Definitely a place to return to regularly. Really cool Dallas based vintage portaits on the wall for sale too."
"Shrimp n grits- Grits needed to be a creamier, collard greens where good but the juice threw off the bowl and made the grits more runny, and the shrimp was cooked perfect but the voodoo sauce was a bit spicy just a little bit. It was tasty, but I would have fallen in love if the grits were cheesy and the collard greens didn't make it runny. Meatloaf n potatoes- Overall a good meal. Definitely homemade! Good pick. Biscuit n gravy- Gravy was good loved the flavor. I prefer mine to be thicker but it was yummy. Biscuit just ok. Needed more fluff... Drip coffee awesome! Chai tea with almond milk very tasty! Our service was exceptional. All the staff works together to insure satisfaction. Very cool and nice people! Chill environment with chickens out back."
"BEST brunch you’ll find in Dallas. Food, service, and vibe is so great. Amazing price too for what you get. Homemade food — true Dallas staple. The handmade croissant on the breakfast sandwich are the best I’ve had — they wake up at 4am every weekend to make them. Homemade syrups in the coffee are a must."
"I ordered Country Boy Benedict, it was good in taste and fresh. The gravy was yummy. Macchiato came in a cute cup and was strong. I didn't like the Strawberry Shortcake it was just cream and strawberries on the biscuit. The biscuit was salty and it was weird in taste."
