"Got a pair of red wing boots in May of 2022. Now Feb 2023 and the sole of the boot is completely worn out. Been wearing the same model of boot for 10 years and never had this happen. Boots were $300 and didn't last a year. Went into the store and they told me this is normal and I just needed to buy another $300 pair of boots. This is not acceptable. EDIT: After getting in touch with Redwing and the local store manager we were able to get my boots shipped off for repair. The manager was very friendly and helpful after the incident."
