"Had a vibration on my truck, took it over to NTB in Carrollton, and they got me fixed up in no time. The service manager (Katelyn) was very polite and told me there was a small wait when checking me in. They got me in within 10 minutes of being there. Sydney (store manager), and two techs (Jose & Fred) patiently explained what the issue could be, and took the time to show me while I was there. Overall everyone was very polite, professional, patient, and helpful in anyway they could be. Thanks again for getting me taken care of!"

"Stay away from this place! Rip off and complete LIARS!!! I bought 4 new tires and warranties with them including road hazard warranty over a year ago and I called today because one of my tires blew up while driving my car. I called and Fernando checked my file and said yup you have 2 warranties tires are covered just come and we’ll replace it. When I get there they start like always your car needs break pads and is $400 your car needs this and that, so then they say is $200 and I’m like for what? For alignment? No for the tire only. Now he says that my warranty was only for a year or 12k miles I said ok check the mileage on the car… unfortunately we have a new system and we don’t have that old information I mean is all for their convenience. What about the road hazard warranty that I paid???? They still charged me for a new tire. Obviously I just needed a new tire so I could get out of there and get to work. Please don’t buy their tires don’t buy their warranties because they don’t honor them and then they lie to your face. RUN!!!!!! Never coming back."
