"We were visiting Carrollton from out of town when our radiator developed a hole. They were able to diagnose the problem, get the part and replace the radiator in about 4 hours which enabled us to return home the following day. Bonus, we were able to eat and shop in Carrollton's KTown."
"Dishonest shop. I got my front end aligned and when I took it on the highway and it was pulling to the right. The receipt says 24 month warranty. Holidays came and I had no availability to come up there and have them take a look at it. I asked them to look at it and they said it wasn’t under warranty and I needed to bring it back within a couple days of the service. They said it was probably the roads that knocked it out of alignment. The guy said the warranty is not for the service even though the receipt clearly says there’s a warranty."
