"I’ve been taking my cars here since I was 16, I’m 26 now. I’ve never had anything but great experiences. The staff is super friendly and not predatory in regards to their pricing and saying more is wrong like other shops. They had ample opportunity to take advantage of my naivety regarding cars as female teenager, but never did. They are always cut and dry, telling you only what you need to know, and they have fair prices. I live in Fort Worth now and still make the trek or tow to Carrollton to see them when my car is in need."

"Came in for a creaking noise coming from what I thought was front wheels. I had another shop tell me I needed front shocks and other things replaced to fix the noise. Brought it to Carrollton complete automotive and spoke with John who was helpful, patient, and thorough.They were able to pinpoint it down to my hood latch needing to be greased. Fixed my problem and had me out of there in no time. Noise is completely gone. John and the team were great."
