"Was refereed there for mount and balance on two brand new tire. I showed them what I got and he gave me price for mount and balance my two new tire. They try to balance a alloy rim with one side weight. When I asked them to do it in right way, they come up with 4 excuse: 1-being short on weight sticker 2-Tire already balanced 3-my rim doesn't take both side weight(which is not true). Anyone on tile business knows that mounting tire without balance is not acceptable but this guy's either don't know that or don't care for your safety. He was insisting that with wrong setting on his broken machine the tire will be balanced. I will not let our company take our trucks there any more because I care for people safety."
