"Had to get my turbo replaced through my warranty and they made it a seamless and great experience. I would recommend anyone to come here to get anything done for their vehicle. Hipo and Angel was great, ask for either of them. Also the mechanic that worked on my car was nice enough to explain to me how he was going to do it and he also put on my plates for me. Shoutout to them."

"The customer service at this Firestone was very disappointing. I brought my car in for a check because it was having trouble starting. I was told they would check a few things and to come back later. When I came back they wanted to charge me $40.99 for checking the "symptoms" my car had. However, when I came in the first place I was never told they would charge me for checking what was wrong. When I expressed my frustrations since I was under the impression it was complimentary, like other auto shops, I was not met with kindness by the manager, Hipo. He proceeded to be defensive and argue with me until I finally gave in. I feel very taken advantage of and took my car business elsewhere. I will never be coming back to this location."

"Purchased my four new tires here on 9/29/23. Came back today 10/28/23 cause my back right rear tire was flat. I didn’t purchase the warranty they told me about. They told me the tire was un repairable and I would have to purchase AGAIN. Waited for 2 hours just for them to tell me that. For just having the tire under 30 days should have a warranty that comes with the tires. Never again and After I pay my firestone credit card. I’m closing this account! This company is the worst ever."

"So here is my store at this store.. needed cv Axels decided to have both replace. I told them there is a 4 inch lift. They told me it will take oem parts. Well 3 months later passenger side rips. Take it to them. Well it's the lift. So we are not going to replace the boots anymore. Wow then why did your replace in the 1st place¿ 6 months later both tear. They refuse to replace the boots. So I guess now they will replace your parts even after you tell them of any upgrades. But they Will not honor the warranty. Shouldn't of sold me on parts and labor or at least should have know wouldn't work with any lift. Now I have to find another repair shop to get my truck right. SMH"
