"My teenage daughter just went to get her car looked at this evening. Three (much older) men surrounded her and were making comments about her body/looks - basically "hitting on her." One man was an employee, the other 2 seemed to be friends of the employee. This is wildly inappropriate and she was extremely uncomfortable. We obviously cannot patronize this location again."

"When you take in a product that is still under warranty and the young “HIPSTER” will not look up the information and proceeds to tell me he need to run the charge to see if the battery is in fact “dead” it will be 30 minutes to an hour bc if it’s not it will come out of his check…. Takes my name and # we leave and Mr Young Hipster forgets to call it had been past an hour and I am sure he thought we had nothing better to do. And yes the BATTERY WAS IN FACT DEAD AS I ALREADY KNEW AND IT WOULD NOT HAVE COME OUT OF MR. HIPSTER’S CHECK. I don’t mind he had a procedure he may have had to follow, my issue is the lack of respect and care. Mr.HIPSTER you are in customer service and are getting paid to do customer service, you are not getting paid to be entitled.If I could give 0 stars I definitely would."
