"I brought my truck in for a wheel alignment tyre rotation & balancing I watched the entire process until he came down to aligning the tyres. Young technician came to advised me about my misaligned tires hence why I here to begin with showed me alignment specs I said ok correct them ten minutes the digital prints were different than before paid for service. As soon as I start driving vehicles is driving the same before I took it in I marked the alignment adjust with a faint marker checked it after I got home and threads were not adjusted. I will coming back tomorrow for a refund"

However, they continue to struggle with cross threading the lug nuts on my Subaru. They tell me "it's just the way Subarus are, there's nothing anyone can do."
