"They are very cheap! You can earn 75 points or make a $75 purchase and receive a $5 reward. I got 10 outfits with sandals and accessories for $70. Love. Fitting rooms are closed and must wear mask and store is small so ordering online is another option. I really didn't like how unorganized the cashiers were. I was in 1 line and the hispanic girl moves me to the other side just to say she can later take me?"
"Customer service is non existent here. Nice clothing at a good price. But they really need to improve on customer service and or hire new employees. Had to search for someone to open a dressing room, and girl had a snappy attitude when I asked for one. Then went to check out and stood there with both cashiers just staring at their phones."
"Went to check out the sale for back to school for my girls and extremely disappointed with the customer service. I was taught when dealing with the public, customers within the store are priority. I was ignored by two of the employees, one who was putting up inventory and the other one was talking on the phone. I stood patiently for about 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. Retraining on customer service is a MUST for that store!!!!!.....My girls love the clothes, but I don't like the service at that store."
