"Began trying on items and began to notice a smell. I tried on a hoodie…. With pee on it. The item was on the shelf touching numerous other items. With. Pee. On. It. It smelled horrendous. With a very obvious 3in x 3in stain near the left side of the pocket. I unfortunately didn’t notice until it was on my body….. Will not return. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. Let alone a store which prides itself on quality."
"I had a wonderful experience visiting this location! The location was recently opened and was extremely clean and organized. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted and offered assistance. Although I was only there to try on a pair of leggings, I was given great customer service though the sales associate knew I was not there to spend any money. Great experience overall!"
"Went into day. Stuff doesn't seem interested in working. All gossiping in the center of the floor. One person (Chris, I believe) greeted me and was the only one working but assisting another customer. Had in my hand align, nulu, and wool fleece, but left when no one was at the dressing room or checkout."
