"It was my first time. I was directed by another barber in the shop to the barber at the right end of the open floor where I received the worst hair cut of my life. It didn’t look like I had a fresh hair cut and shave afterwards. I immediately called my brother who narrated that he had similar experience which made him not to go back to the shop for hair cut. He stated that the lady at the first stand directed him to the same guy that ruined his hair and that he would have advised me otherwise not to go there if he knew I was heading to this shop."

"I've been to this spot about 5 times now and got my hair cut by Zay. He's done a decent job so far but my last trip he messed up my hair and didn't say anything! I found out he left a hole on my head after I got home. Accountability is a virtue. I will not be going here again. *Update Contacted Herb the owner about my haircut and he refunded me the money and apologized for the error. He was willing to try and fix the situation and work with me. Unfortunately I'm not coming back but I did update my rating for customer resolution. Also the other barbers are really good, so if you are new you could check them out."

"Outliners is a great barbershop with a clean and wholesome atmosphere that's good for the whole family.The owner, Herb, is very professional and takes his time with every cut. I have been going to him for over a year now and his cuts remain consistently good. I never feel rushed, and most importantly he is always on time and keeps a tight schedule. Timeliness is a quality a young professional like myself can appreciate. Definitely worth checking out!"
