"Terrible customer service!!! My grandmother came here to send money to Mexico. She has always sent through this location and to the same person, therefore the information is saved on their system. The cashier that helped her somehow misspelled the name of the recipient. My grandmother went a second time to get it fixed and the lady blamed her for the mistake that was made initially and re-submitted the request. But this time not only was the name wrong again but the location as well. The location the cashier put in is not even a place in Mexico! The cashier refused to acknowledge her mistake and continued to blame my grandmother. Recently, my grandmother went for a third time and this time spoke to a male employee, along with the same cashier lady. In a very harsh and ugly tone, he blamed my grandmother for the mistakes the cashier had made multiple times, even though my grandmother was spelling out the name for her and telling her exactly where to send the money. What a disrespectful man! I would give 0 stars if I could!!! We will never come here again and our family and friends won’t either. What a horrible way to treat their most loyal customers."
