"Came here while visiting the Houston area and have to say I was blown away by how nice this store was. Incredibly clean, priced, and beautifully merchandised for the holiday season! As I was marvelling over how great this store was, 2 other separate shoppers chimed in about how impressed they were too! This is a top standard location, kudos to the team here."

"Spent 20 minutes trying to find someone with a key so I could buy a $20 watch because they're all in a display, couldn't find anyone and every employee had magically just come on duty and would find someone for me but disappeared as quickly as they appeared. I left, if it takes almost a half hour of roaming the store for that simple and not getting it I shudder to think what other shoppers go through, you're better off going anywhere else first and using this store as a last desperate resort"

"I decided to try the pick up and NEVER AGAIN! I ordered it for 6:00pm, this was right when I would get there after I got off of work. I didn't get my order until 7:30!!!!! I WAS WAITING FOR ONE HOUR AND A HALF! There were a ton of people waiting so long and getting out and calling and talking to people. I wanted to give them a chance and nothing, I had to get out and talk to someone and I told them I was there that long. The man went to get my order quick and apologized but that's so ridiculous. Never again."

"I went to this Walmart this afternoon with my boyfriend Joe who hurt his left knee last week Saturday and I went in to grab an electric shopping cart for him to use and they wouldn’t let me take it outside so that he ride it back into the store. So we talked to the manager about it and she said after we were done shopping we could take it, but that didn’t happen either. This Walmart and maybe all the Walmart stores are discriminating against handicapped customers."
