"Disappointing costumer service. Went in there yesterday 2/23/24 to get some boots for my dads birthday, we waited about 15 mins for someone to offer us help. The store was not busy at all, I had to walk over to one of the front desks where there were three workers standing to finally get some help. Ended up buying my dad the pair and bought myself a shirt but if it weren't for the occasion I would not have bought anything from this store. I have shopped at other Tecovas locations this is the first time I've had a problem."

"I purchased some boots from here in Dec 2022. In January 2024 the stitching that holds the inside heel counter to the back shaft came loose, from improper stitching. When I took them in I was told that they could not help and directed me to customer service. Customer service said warranty is 6mo - 1yr. $500 boots I can no longer wear. I will no longer buy Tecovas."

"The store was nice and clean! Gabriela was really fantastic when it came to helping me pick out the type of boots I wanted. She was very polite, friendly, had great patience for me and knew what she was talking about! I will be coming back to buy another pair for the rodeo!!"

She was so patient, pulling multiple boots for me to try on to make sure I chose the right size and color. She was honest, but not pushy, kind, and so calm to be around which is rare to find nowadays. Coming from a luxury retail background myself, she definitely has the qualities needed to provide memorable customer experiences and to contribute positively to the reputation of the brand. "Decided to drop by and give the new Houston location a visit this past Wednesday. A beautiful, large store (compared to the Rice village location). As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by an employee who offered us a beverage for our visit. We gladly took him up on the offer and he poured a nice glass of whiskey. We then had a chance to peruse the boot selection and see if there were any that piqued my husband’s eye! After looking at the boots, we headed to the back room to look at the clothing selection. The selection is much larger at this store and even had a full women’s section! I was pleasantly surprised by that and finally had a chance to check out their selection of women’s belts as well as some of the women’s Henley shirts. In between looking at the clothes, we got a chance to chitchat with the staff. They were warm, very friendly and super approachable as well as ready to answer any questions we had. Lastly, my husband had an opportunity to try on some boots and finally made his selection and we went to make our purchase. The check out process was smooth and on top of that, we were able to earn some cash back thanks to a promo Tecovas was running. Definitely coming back here and definitely recommending my friends and family visit this location."
