They did not even tell me that it would take a longer time as they were helping others, despite having my number.They didn't even acknowledge me when I came in and continued to make small talk with a customer as I waited to be seen. Go to Firestone, much better and faster service as well as better overall customer service. This is the worst possible place to have anything done for your vehicle."
