"I have used this company for home and auto insurance for a few years - They had good rates at first, but the renewals are always very high and I had to contact the Agency to find a way to try to reduce the premiums back down a little. They always used Safeco Insurance, I thought the whole point of an agency was that they could shop around to find the best deal. This year the renewal rates were so high that I shopped around myself to find better rates. In the past when I emailed the company the owner was very responsive to my questions but now that I am trying to cancel my policies my emails are being ignored. I've emailed them 5 times over the past 2-3 weeks to ask to cancel my home and auto policies and not received any reply back. I've had to contact Texas Department of Insurance to submit a complaint due to the lack of response."

"Rude and abrupt. I contacted them for a home insurance policy. He insisted that I add an auto policy which I am more than aware may provide additional discounts. However, he already screened me without discussion and arrogantly emailed me that his company was not interested in providing a quote."

"I've had my home and autos insured by Gulledge Insurance for 8 years now and am very pleased with the rates and service. I was on vacation during Christmas and on Christmas Day my wife's friend called her to tell her that water was coming out from under the garage and front doors. An upstairs toilet tank had cracked and water drained out causing a huge flood. I immediately called Loren Gulledge, explained what happened, and he immediately drove to my house and shut the water off. He recommended that i also call a water remediation company who also came out on Christmas Day to pump water out. The claims process was easy and everyone was really nice. Not what I was mentally preparing myself for! I highly recommend him for your insurance needs."

"Really like having Loren as our insurance broker. He has always been willing to pick up the phone even on weekends. Even was available to fax information to prove policy information when we were standing at a rental car desk in Las Vegas on a weekend. Have not had to make a claim in the many years we have been with him but he has always kept our policy pricing low with good quality coverage (and I review pricing every year with him). Would have given five stars but just do not do that as a matter of principle but wish I could have given 4.5 stars."
