"Was a pretty good store years ago...when Brandon was there. Now, don't care, bad attitudes, customer service went out the door! Leave your car smelly and dirty during repairs, they know little about cars....just make up stuff. Horrible, horrible customer service......horrible, Adrian is the worst, he speaks to customers nasty, sharp, and don't give a hoot! Never ever be back....cancel Firestone card as well....Bye!"
"I was impressed with the manager, Donte Hall at the Eldridge Rd location. I called another firestone nearby first. They wanted to charge me around $100 to check my coolant. They also gave me a quote for a thermostat and water pump replacement. When i asked if there were any deals for Firestone card members, he didn't seem interested in looking. So i thought I should try a different Firestone nearby, and I spoke to Donte on the phone. He really delivered. He said its $29.99 to check my coolant, and for the water pump and thermostat replacement, he let me know of a special for 10 percent off. So i saved around $200 on a coolant check and also with the 10 percent off for the major repairs. A big thanks to Donte Hall!"
"Booked an appointment a week in advance, for new tires and wheel alignment. No one is present at the store to assist, waited 20 mins and called the store to see if anyone is present. Went to the back and checked with the mechanic but no one bothered to help. Very unprofessional and wasted my time on a Sunday ."
