"I had an appointment at 3:30 to get highlights and sat in a chair for about 35 minutes before my colorist got to me. Instead of nice bright highlights in my already blonde hair, I left with a muddy mess that is so ashy it actually looks gray. I was there for 3 hours, which is a ridiculously long time, and my colorist left for the day before I was even done. Also if I had wanted them to blow dry it for me, I’m not sure how much extra time that would have taken since there were only two employees left in the salon. A little over 3 hours and $140 I will never get back. Very disappointing and will not be returning or recommending."

"Revising my review based on my last month experience. They had new staff. The experience was very efficient and my hair looked great. Kudos to the ladies on the washing/drying station. My hair looked great. ————————— I have been a client enrolled in their unlimited membership for several months now. In my experience, there are 2 colorist and one person that rinses the hair who are the most professional in this establishment. The rest so far have a bad attitude towards clients at least that has been my experience. If you make it on time they will still make you wait 15 to 30 min until they get to you. But if you get few minutes late they cancel your appointment and charge a fee. The last couple of times I had paid more attention at check out and I realized they had overcharged me for services. When you are in the unlimited membership you supposed to get roots+ gloss included and 10% off products, yet their system always try to charge one service and do not apply discounts. I told them and last couple times they had corrected the amount however if I had not gone through the itemized bill , I would have not noticed, since I also buy them product and usually becomes one big total. I trusted they were processing my payment correctly, but I learned at this location you need to revise their itemized charges carefully to avoid extra charges. Note that when I told them about the extra charges, nobody apologized, it was more an inconvenience that I was making them properly itemize my bill and remove the extra charges. Last time the girl just flipped the screen back at me and walked away. I used to tip them 20%, but also beware they calculate 20% of the entire bill (including products) not only service provided. However with that bad attitude I find hard to justify to leave a 20% tip. Also, despite they have colors saved in the system . There is this one girl with very bad attitude that does whatever she feels Like With the colors. Yesterday I told her what I wanted, she rolled her eyes and went to mix something. Today my hair is way darker than what it has been in the last several months where I had other colorists work on my hair. I wish there was an option at booking to select the preferred colorist. I bet the ones with bad attitude would make more of an effort to treat clients properly and respectfully. I like this franchise, there should be a 2nd location in the woodlands area. As this one seems to be over capacity therefore the customer service is lacking. —————- I called customer service and they refunded the extra charges from my last visit."

I had my roots done and a gloss was applied, I wanted to change the color to a bit darker, but the color technician reminded me that it was right before Thanksgiving and I might not want to make a change right before the holiday, because it might look too dark in photos. She was right of course, I had not thought about it."
