"i asked her for 1 or two inches off and she cut 3 inches off my hair and my sister was also there and her barber was talking about how her hair was so dirty. dont come here just spend a little more money on somewhere else. now i have to wait months for my hair to grow back."

"I went to get my hair cut this Sunday 06/11/23 and the employee told me I should get a shampoo before I cut my hair so I said fine the shampoo last no more than a minute then she cut my hair then she said I should get it styled so I could see how it looks dry so I said fine so when its time to pay the the total comes out to $52. I didn’t say anything about the price but she should have explained pricing I could have went down the street to pay $25 for a cut and blowdry. I liked the haircut but $52 is way overpriced for a place called cost cutters"

"I love Cost Cutters. I've lived here on this side of town for nearly 2 years and KAREN the manager is always my fav. And I always get a warm welcome, shampoo and head massage. So relaxing. Karen's easy to talk to and no-nonsense. It's easy to get in and get out and not wait 2 hours. They cut all kinds of hair from young to old. Very clean stations and bathrooms, everyone wears a mask. They have a plethora of hair products and I normally only buy 2 normally and sometimes some pomade like CREW in case I need a quaff. I like the Paul Mitchell Awapuhi shampoo and the Conditioner. But hey girls you may need something different and they have it all for all your looks. You can walk in like a dope and walk out THE DOPE!"
