"I have to edit this review. When I came into the office I was immediately asked if I could put a review, I did so hastily but this is not a good practice for a business to do because it would be a continuous lie because without a person experiencing the business and just writing a review just because you're asked is not a good thing. I don't think y'all should be asking people to write a review as soon as the very first visit without a total experience of the business, in addition I got charged all sorts of fees just to sign up for liability insurance. The total was more than $190, that is very bad. I hope that y'all stop doing this as a practice, asking people to immediately put up a review. Personally I think it's a cover up, and it's a sham as far as I'm concerned. Let people get a whole experience before putting up a review and let them do it on their own accord and time. I went with Progressive and they're charging me only $49 for just liability my car has been paid for for more than 3 years so it's ridiculous that I paid more than $190 just for liability. My poor Latinos I'm sure they are targeted they are the main scope of this type of business."

"Firstly I wanna talk about Ana Mondrago who works at this location who treated my mom with a very bad attitude while she was trying to look for a cheaper insurance. My mom spent over 3 hrs there when she was the only one there just to look for what best suites us. Ana wasn’t the one helping us, it was this friendly gentlemen who I forgot to get his name but Ana was in the background paying no mind to my mom while she was there. My mom had met Ana prior the day before when she came to clarify the amount that needs to be paid to renew. Ana gave her an attitude and apparently gave her false information according to her when my mom showed up the next day. No customer etiquette at all! Secondly, the fact that even though you are staying with the same company, you still have to pay the renewal fee like you’re starting over with the same company is outrageous to me! Makes no sense. Thirdly, we were informed automatic payment was mandatory for an insurance when usually customers have the right to choose if they want to do automatic or just call in to make the payments. And lastly, We were told that we had to give La Familia a 5 star rating in order to get lower payment on our insurance (the renewal rate) which to me is a scam. Why will I give a company 5 stars when the work they did does not equate to that! Makes no sense that that would be forced upon a customer just to get lower payment. All this stuff rubs me the wrong way and better believe next time we will be g coming to them again because the customer service that was experienced was not a good one."
