"These folks really did me and my family right a couple years ago and got our business away from Allstate. Timely communication (huge for me personally) and they don’t make you feel like you’re wasting their time when you have questions that are routine for insurance people but not necessarily the customer. Molly Boroughs has handled my stuff and has always been friendly, helpful, professional and to the point when I’ve needed it. Emily herself has also checked in periodically and even helped me find a different agent when my work shifted to out of state and her office couldn’t fulfill 100% of my insurance needs. This is a great place to do business and the personnel really do seem to genuinely care about their clients / customers. Definitely give them a shot if you’re shopping your business."

"I worked with Doug 10 days ago, and we set up an account on both of my vehicles and the house and gave him a payment when we were done. He comes back today to tell me he has good and bad news. The bad news is that he cannot insure my brand new house due to change in guidelines (refused to give me details of the new guidelines). Then went to telling me that the premium on the Auto goes up since they cannot insure the house. I asked to talk to his boss Emily but she refused to talk. So there was no good news at all. Doug sounds like he is high 24/7 and never gives out straight answers. He sounds lost most of the time and not a person you would wanna do business with. If they treat a brand new client like this, imagine how the rest of the business is being handled. Do you really wanna give your hard earned funds to someone who has zero respect for you?"
