"This was my first time calling Road Angel but it won’t be my last. I initially thought I needed to tow my car to a garage. I spoke to Jim who asked me about the symptoms my car was showing. He suggested that the issue might actually be a battery and told me what it cost to have his technician bring it to my house and check. I loved that. The time savings alone made the call to Road Angel worth it. I thought I would have to cancel my afternoon meetings but Tom, the technician showed up to my house, checked my current battery, confirmed that I needed a new one and swapped it out. My car was in anti-theft mode and wouldn’t start after the replacement. , but Road Angel made sure I knew how to reset the anti-theft mode. They even sent me a link to a YouTube video to help. "Great service. Jim and Tom were extremely professional. Had an emergency where my battery died. They were able to come out and change it. Tom came out and was prompt and professional. They also provided the information on the warranty on the battery from the supplier which was a great for them to provide because they didn’t have to. Absolutely no issues getting scheduled and they even were able to come out to my home after I was at least able to get my car home. I would recommend their services to anyone needing roadside assistance."
