"I have been going to this location for my car needs since 2018 but after today I will not be returning. I asked for an oil change and state inspection. They told me that they inspected everything and my car was good to go. After leaving the location my car was making a horrible sound. Luckily an officer pulled me over to let me know my skid plate wasn’t attached. I returned to have them attach it. I then went to get my inspection sticker when I realized they never gave me any paperwork and the emailed receipt was useless. I was told I could have them email the paperwork as proof and that I could get my sticker. I called the integrity office for the paperwork to be emailed, at which time he realized he didn’t have any paperwork because the paperwork had never been filled out even though I was charged for the inspection. He offered a refund for my inconvenience and I had to return to have the inspection done “again”"

"My experience with Integrity Aubrey was excellent. The General Manager, Brian, knew my son’s old truck repairs (almost 300k miles- diesel) were going to be expensive based on the amount of work that had to be done. He gave me the list of the most necessary to get it and keep it on the road safely for quite a while. I was grateful for the honesty because there’s more he could have recommended that wasn’t absolutely necessary, but he didn’t. Brian kept the lines of communication open throughout the process, which took about a week. The repairs made all the difference in the world and the truck is doing great! Trust is earned, and based on my experience I trust this location with my future repairs."

"Don't come here! Google won't allow me to write too much in detail but after spending approx $1500 (4 tires, spark plugs, battery terminal replacement, engine filter) last week I started having major issues with my vehicle. my check engine light would blink over and over then display solid then blink again, it would not turn on easily, and it would shake. at first this place said it may be a faulty wiring issue so they had the wires replaced today. I took my truck to auto zone to get diagnosed and apparently it was maybe a gas injector or gasket component issue. when I arrived I shared my print out from auto zone to Mercedes and the issues I had been experiencing since then. Mercedes said they would look into it and I sat for the services to be completed. a few hours later Mercedes came to me and said it appears that it was the faulty wires, but if the engine light comes back on it may be the injectors that will need to get replaced. I asked how much it would be and he said about $1500. After i left I hadn't even reached the second light yet when the engine light started blinking again and now my truck was shaking non-stop. I was so PISSED! i called my fiance and told him I was getting a second opinion. after searching in my area I found a reputable mechanic who was able to diagnose my truck. (I only came to this place because it's where my fiance had received minor services before when he lived in the area). It turns out that 2 of the spark plugs had been damaged within less than a week of this place installing them. one was cracked and the other had been pushed down excessively it bent. the new mechanic also said that this place used the cheap spark plugs instead of the original brand. I may not be a mechanic, but I know my vehicle. I know when somethings wrong with it and I like to get things fixed fast before the issue worsens. I don’t appreciate Mercedes or anyone else from this location having shut me down making me left to feel incompetent because I’m a woman and not a mechanic. I can't even wrap my head around how they were really going to try and sell me a $1500 injector replacement job when they didn't even look at the actual issue themselves to see if it was really that. I imagine they were going to do the recommendation that a print out shared with them only to still have had the issue $1500 later. Stay away and save yourself the headache."

"Dropped the ball too many times and safety concerns! This shop installed brand new tires I ordered online for my vehicle. 1) First flag - was seeing my car being pulled out and scraped on the curb as I have a low sitting vehicle. The attendant backed the vehicle up after the curb rash. My car is very well kept and no scratches/dings/curb rash ever until this 2) I noticed my wheels were very dirty from whatever was done to place the tires on the vehicle. You would think chrome rims would be cleaner than this as they were spotless at dropoff, as again I frequently care for and store my car. 3) This lead me to having to hand wash again the next day were I now noticed a series of scratches which were into the chrome and unable to be removed with conventional cleaning. 4) I only cleaned one side and left the other side as dirty as I received it and called the shop to let them know of my findings. 5) I was first told that the process of putting my tires wont damage the tires/rims however as mentioned I know for sure the damage occured at the shop. After back and forth the assistant mgr-Mercedes mentioned he would like to remedy the situation. I just have to bring car back on Monday (It was Friday my initial visit) in order to have rims repaired. Which at this point I am happy with the outcome and finally accountability. 6) Picking my vehicle up on Tuesday as it took a business day to fix - there was no further dialogue, just handed the keys. Upon leaving I noticed about 20 miles later the vehicle didnt feel the same as it did the day before of driving just like 5 miles away. I check my cluster and now see that my brand new low pro tires was put to a PSI of 67! How does one even over inflate a tire by this amount. Luckily I checked before entering the highway cause it would have been my fault based on previous conversations. 7) Upon deflation I see the shop as well kept my custom air valve caps and put some stock defaults on them-which I had to reorder causing more frustrations of wasting my free time correcting someone else’s mistakes and lack of accountability and just being respectful to other people’s possessions. I ended up choosing their lifetime alignment services at my initial appointment but now I have no choice but to continue using them as required."
