"Called 10 min before bringing my car for inspection & asked about a wait time, I was told there was no wait & to bring it in. I asked about 45 minutes into waiting how much longer it would be & was told that I was next up for inspection and that they were waiting until someone was available to do it. Mind you... I was told no wait time on the phone or when I arrived & people are standing around chit chatting. I had to end up waiting an hour & 3 minutes to be exact before they even took my car for the inspection. Don't waste your time. I could have been in & out elsewhere."
