"This office has been helpful in the past, and AAA battery service and roadside assistance is great, but I do not recommend for travel planning unless you want to take a cruise or purchase a packaged trip. I waited weeks and weeks (and weeks) for information, before deciding to plan an upcoming trip on my own."

"If I could give AAA zero stars I would. The claims process has been nothing short of a nightmare. Customer service is none existent. The adjuster that was assigned (Cameron Letz) was rude, unfair and unprofessional. Avoid this company at ALL costs."
